Nerves of steel

The reason why you are nervous about that presentation, is because deep down you feel like an imposter. you feel as thou you do not have what it takes. You are not confident that you have the ability to execute on your job at hand.

It takes a mindset shift. Lets just say you are under qualified for the role that you are in. The way to overcome this nervousness, is to tell yourself "I am qualified", "I do have the skills", "The outcome of this presentation doesn't even matter", "Regardless to if they like it or not, who cares"

We put a lot of pressure on ourselves because we are expecting a desired outcome. If we take the end results out of the equation, then we have nothing to worry about. Think about the end as though you have already conquered this task and no matter how the presentation goes, it is of no consequence. Regardless to whatever happens, just give it your best and leave the rest.

Sincerely,
