Opportunity knocks only once!

Really but not really. 

There are times when chances come around more than once. However, you still have to be in a state of readiness and preparedness to be able to take advantage of those opportunities. Although there are exceptions to the rule of opportunities knock only once, there is a window and that window closes much faster than you think.

So, take the time to work on yourself, increase your education in an area that will advance you, save up your money and get ready to invest. You don't want to be left on the sidelines of a major opportunity because you did not take the time to prepare yourself for when it comes knocking. 

If you stay ready, then you never have to get ready - unknown

Have you ever had one of those days where you do not feel like being at work or showing up as your best self? It is not because you don't want to. It is just where your energy level is at that moment. At times, it can be that you have so much to do and don't have the energy to begin. What are some things you do to get out of this funk? Do you take a mental break? Do you take a day off to recharge and re-energize? Are you doing activities to return to a place of upbeat, positive energy? Or, there are things that you avoid. Perhaps there are some activities you have noticed that bring your energy down.
