Predicting Success

Our brains are naturally wired to see danger everywhere. We see the world from a pessimistic point of view due to the fact that we had to survive through the toughest environments and terrain.

What served us in a good way as humans in one season of our lives, have now turn around to bite us in the tail end. We have to actively fight against the natural urge to view the world through this narrow lens of pessimism. Instead of following the rabbit hole of negative thoughts and self talk, we need to ask ourselves positive counter questions. "What if this business doesn't fail?" "What if this isn't the worse date that I've ever been on?" "What if this pitch/presentation is a homerun?"

By simply changing the narrative in our minds, we take back control over the negative thoughts that try to dominate our minds on a regular basis. Anxiety is predicting failure, confidence comes from predicting success. So, start rewiring your brain for success and fight those negative thoughts trying to cripple your success.
