You are what you eat
Whatever you are not changing, you are choosing.
Are you having issues in certain areas of your life that you wish can change? Maybe it's issues with your weight, your relationships, your career, etc. What steps are you taking on a daily bases to make the necessary changes in order to improve the situation? We can easily fall into the complacency of life and just accept where things are now and even feel as though maybe they might never change. Some of us feel as though "this is just how things are" and accepted it. We might be even experiencing trauma from our past that make us feel deflated and defeated to even try.
Just know, that whatever we are not actively changing we are deciding to just accept and choose the current state of being. If that is what you want then fine, that is ok as well. Just be aware that things are not going to change on their own. It is going to take effort on our part to fix things and make the changes in our lives that we want to see. If we want to see difference in our lives, we have to change what we "eat" to see different results. After all, we are what we eat.
